Buyer: any individual or company purchasing products or services from NPI
Goods: machinery, equipment, or products offered by NPI
Contract: agreement formed between the Buyer and NPI once an order is accepted

All quotations are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Prices exclude VAT, transport, shipping, insurance, documentation fees, and any applicable taxes unless stated.
NPI cannot be held responsible for typographical or pricing errors on the website.
A contract is established only when:
The Buyer places an order, and
NPI confirms acceptance in written form (email or signed document).
NPI reserves the right to decline orders without providing a reason.
Payment must be made in full before the release or delivery of any machinery.

Late payments may incur additional costs or storage fees.
Ownership of the Goods remains with NPI until payment is received in full.
Unless clearly specified, all machinery sold is:
Used,
Sold as-is,
Sold as inspected,
Without additional warranty beyond what is stated in the sales invoice.
Buyers are responsible for arranging inspections. NPI will provide all available information but does not guarantee hour meters, histories, or performance beyond what is documented.
Delivery dates provided are estimates only.
The Buyer is responsible for all transport, loading, export, import, and insurance arrangements unless agreed otherwise.
Risk transfers to the Buyer once the goods are collected or loaded for transport.
NPI can assist with shipping documents, transport arrangements, and export services upon request.
Machinery purchases are final once payment has been made.
Used equipment cannot be returned unless agreed in writing.
Any cancellation may result in administrative or storage fees.
NPI is not liable for:
Losses resulting from misuse or improper operation of purchased machinery
Indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits
Delays caused by transport companies, customs, or third parties
Technical failures not detectable during inspection
Our total liability, if applicable, will never exceed the purchase price of the affected Goods.

NPI does not guarantee uninterrupted website availability or error-free operation.
